Cboe Global Markets (Cboe: CBOE) said its board of directors has authorized an additional $550 million in share repurchases and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.86 per share for the fourth quarter of 2026.
The dividend is payable on December 15, 2026, to stockholders of record as of November 30, 2026.
As of June 30, 2026, the company had $536.8 million of availability remaining under its prior share repurchase authorizations before the new addition.
The repurchase program carries no expiration date and allows the company to buy shares through open market transactions, established trading plans, or privately negotiated transactions. The program does not obligate the company to repurchase shares at any specific time or under any specific conditions.
Chief Executive Officer Craig Donohue said the increase in repurchase authorization and the dividend declaration "reflect the Board's confidence in our business and our commitment to delivering long-term value."
