RingCentral expands Warriors partnership with AI voice platform

October 22, 2026 4:08 PM EDT

RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE: RNG) and the Golden State Warriors announced an expansion of their decade-long partnership, naming RingCentral the team's official agentic AI-powered voice platform for fan engagement.

The expanded agreement will cover fan interactions including ticket inquiries and game-day questions, according to a joint statement from the two organizations.

Brandon Schneider, President and Chief Operating Officer of Golden State, said in the statement: "RingCentral has been a trusted partner for more than a decade, helping us stay connected as our organization has grown and evolved. As we look to the future, we're excited to build on that foundation and explore how emerging technologies can enhance the fan experience."

Kira Makagon, President and COO of RingCentral, said: "Agentic Voice AI is changing the game. It brings a new dimension to our partnership and helps fans stay connected with the team in new ways."

The press release notes that over the past decade, the Warriors expanded from a single Oakland office to multiple locations in San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and facilities managed through Golden State Sports Academy, with a staff five times its original size. RingCentral provided communications infrastructure during that growth, including during the organization's shift to remote work in March 2020.
