Ubique Group, a furniture provider backed by Prospect Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: PSEC), has launched what it describes as Martha Stewart's first modular living-room collection, developed in partnership with Martha Stewart and brand licensor Marquee Brands.
The collection includes two lines — Bedford and Lily Pond — comprising more than 75 individual components. The Bedford line offers Shaker and fluted design profiles, while the Lily Pond line features inset-panel cabinetry with a coastal aesthetic. Both lines are available in a total of six finishes and include solid wood frames, soft-close hardware, and TV stands sized for televisions up to 75 inches.
Pieces can be purchased individually or as coordinated kits. Prices range from $425 to $2,900 per component or kit.
Ubique Group Chief Executive Gabe Johnson said in a statement that the collection gives consumers "the look and utility of custom built-ins with the flexibility to create a configuration truly suited to their homes."
The company is also introducing a companion upholstery line featuring modular seating with solid wood frames and polyester upholstery, intended to coordinate with the storage pieces.
The Bedford and Lily Pond collections are available through Amazon, Wayfair, Target, and other online retailers.
