Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co stock climbed 2.8% in morning trading Wednesday after Super Micro Computer Inc released a preliminary revenue update that exceeded expectations.
Super Micro Computer raised its quarterly revenue forecast above its prior guidance range, indicating continued strong demand for AI compute hardware. The announcement eased recent investor concerns about the durability of enterprise AI spending and boosted shares of companies across the AI infrastructure sector.
HPE separately announced an expanded partnership with NVIDIA Corp on Wednesday focused on deploying secure agentic AI systems for hybrid and sovereign enterprise environments. The collaboration adds new features to HPE Private Cloud AI, including support for mixed GPU configurations that combine NVIDIA H200 and RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs within a single cluster.
The new capability is designed for enterprises managing regulated or on-premises AI workloads that require specific hardware configurations.
