Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (NYSE: HIMS) has launched injectable and oral testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) options for eligible men, expanding its men's health program first introduced in September of the prior year, according to a company press release.
The new offerings include two injectable options and one oral treatment. The first injectable is a compounded twice-weekly subcutaneous injection. The second is a generic testosterone cypionate administered once weekly via intramuscular injection. The oral option is Kyzatrex®, an FDA-approved tablet.
The new treatments complement the company's existing Testosterone Rx+ product, which contains enclomiphene. As of the second quarter of 2026, the company said testosterone was scaling faster than any specialty outside of weight loss, three quarters after its initial launch.
"Good testosterone care starts with a strong relationship between a customer and their provider," said Mike Chi, Chief Operating Officer at Hims & Hers. "With injectable and oral TRT, more men can start, and stay on track, with support at every step."
A survey of 2,000 U.S. men commissioned by Hims & Hers found that fewer than half of respondents (45%) said they were familiar with specific low testosterone treatments. An estimated 20 million men in the U.S. are affected by low testosterone, according to cited research.
The company's diagnostic process includes an at-home blood collection device and testing of 22 biomarkers, with treatment prescribed only after a licensed provider reviews lab results and health history.
