INmune Bio Inc. (NASDAQ: INMB) has entered into a Master Services Agreement with Uniphar Durbin Ireland Limited to support international access, distribution, and commercialization of Ebstrocel™, the company's allogeneic stromal cell therapy for Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB), according to a press release.
The agreement establishes a framework initially targeting named-patient access in selected European countries and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, subject to applicable local laws and country-specific statements of work. The relationship may expand to broader commercial distribution as regulatory approvals, pricing, and reimbursement are secured in individual countries.
Under the arrangement, Uniphar may provide services including regulatory feasibility assessments, market access support, product storage and distribution, healthcare-provider onboarding, order-to-cash services, pharmacovigilance support, and shipment tracking, depending on the terms agreed in individual statements of work.
David Moss, Chief Executive Officer of INmune Bio, said the agreement allows the company to access Uniphar's established infrastructure across multiple international markets without building country-by-country capabilities internally.
Ebstrocel™, also known as pobistrocel, is an investigational pooled allogeneic mesenchymal stromal cell therapy. It has not been approved by the FDA, MHRA, EMA, or any other regulatory authority. INmune Bio has said it plans to file a Marketing Authorization Application with the UK MHRA in 2026 and with the EU EMA in 2027.
Uniphar operates across 160 countries with a team of more than 3,600 people and counts over 200 multinational clients among its partners.
