Duos Technologies signs 20 MW colocation deal worth over $400M

October 20, 2026 4:15 PM EDT

Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DUOT) announced it has signed a 10-year colocation agreement for 20 megawatts of facility load with a publicly traded cloud services provider in the United States, according to a company press release.

The agreement carries a total contract value of over $400 million over the initial term and is expected to be deployed in Q2 2027. The identity of the cloud services provider was not disclosed.

The Jacksonville, Florida-based company said it is also under contract and in active negotiations to secure approximately 100 megawatts of additional powered, data center-zoned land across multiple U.S. sites. Of that total, approximately 25 MW is currently under contract, with the company in active negotiations for the remaining 75 MW. Duos said it expects to finalize all site agreements by year-end.

Chief Executive Officer Doug Recker said in a statement: "The signing of a new 20 MW colocation agreement with such a mature publicly traded Cloud Services Provider in the United States, together with our efforts to finalize 100 MW of additional powered, data center-zoned land, represents another significant step in executing our long-term growth strategy."

The company said its Columbus, Georgia campus moved from acquisition to 7 MW of installed infrastructure in approximately 60 days. Duos said the new sites under negotiation were screened against the same standard.

Duos described its development approach as contract-first, establishing customer demand for a site before committing capital, rather than building ahead of securing tenants.
