Li Auto stock rose 3.9% in morning trading on Tuesday to reach $11.73, bouncing back after the Chinese electric vehicle maker's shares recently tested their 52-week low of $10.66.
The stock hit its lowest level in early October after the company released a September delivery report that showed monthly volumes declined compared to the same period last year.
The company's $1 billion share repurchase program has provided price support near current levels. The board authorized the buyback in March 2026, and it will run through March 2027.
Li Auto announced on October 16 that its MHX Technology chip subsidiary secured RMB 1.625 billion in new equity financing. The funding round reflects the company's ongoing investment in developing its own semiconductor technology.
