Five9 Inc. saw its shares climb 6.5% in morning trading on Tuesday, reaching $35.52 as investors responded to multiple analyst upgrades issued in recent days.
UBS raised its price target on the cloud contact center software company to $48 from $36 on October 16, maintaining a Buy rating. The firm cited large financial services deals in the pipeline that could drive faster revenue growth ahead of the company's next earnings report.
The bank said it expects growth estimates for fiscal 2027 to exceed current consensus forecasts. This projection is based on two major financial services contracts that are ramping up, with one deal alone expected to add approximately two percentage points of growth in both fiscal 2026 and 2027.
Barclays also increased its price target to $40 from $34 in the days before the UBS upgrade. RBC Capital issued a new Buy rating on the stock around the same time.
Five9 announced a reseller partnership with NovelVox earlier in October. The agreement expands the company's presence in banking, credit unions, and healthcare sectors.
