Healthcare Triangle signs 6 AI contracts via Teyame unit
Healthcare Triangle, Inc. (Nasdaq: HCTI) announced six signed client engagements through its Spain-based subsidiary Teyame, with management estimating the contracts could generate approximately $1.34 million in combined annual revenue at full run rate.
Services under the six agreements are scheduled to begin in October and November 2026. The signed engagements cover insurance and financial services clients including SegurCaixa, SegurCaixa Adeslas, Santalucía, Nationale-Nederlanden, Mutua Madrileña, and Cetelem. Services range from AI-enabled appointment booking and out-of-hours quote handling to telemarketing sales campaigns and pet insurance.
Teyame is also pursuing an additional unsigned engagement targeting approximately $3.31 million in incremental annual revenue, with a potential start date of January 2027. If signed and all seven engagements reach their respective targeted run rates, the combined figure would be approximately $4.65 million. The company stated that none of these figures constitutes revenue guidance for any fiscal period.
Chief Financial Officer David Ayanoglou said: "These engagements show how Teyame is combining AI with sales expertise to help insurers and financial institutions reach more customers, more efficiently."
Teyame operates through Teyame 360 SL and Datono Mediacion SL, with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, and Malaga. It provides omnichannel customer engagement, telemarketing, lead generation, and AI-enabled services to insurance and financial services clients.
The company cautioned that signed engagements may be delayed, amended, or terminated, and that actual revenue may differ materially from estimates. The additional engagement has not been executed.
