GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) has reminded warrant holders that its warrants to purchase shares of Class A common stock will expire at 5:00 p.m. New York City time on October 30, 2026, according to a company statement.
Each warrant is exercisable for one share of common stock at an exercise price of $32.00 in cash. Warrants not exercised by the deadline will expire worthless.
The warrants will cease trading under the symbol "GME WS" on the New York Stock Exchange before markets open on October 30, 2026. The NYSE has confirmed it intends to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to delist the warrants and deregister them under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Holders wishing to exercise their warrants are advised to contact their broker in advance of the expiration date to confirm applicable exercise instructions and deadlines. The company noted that brokers may impose earlier exercise deadlines.
As an accommodation for warrant holders unable to deliver warrants by the expiration deadline, GameStop will permit exercises using a Notice of Guaranteed Delivery. The notice, along with payment of the $32.00 per warrant exercise price, must be received before 5:00 p.m. on October 30, 2026, with warrants to be delivered no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 2, 2026.
GameStop's common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "GME."
