Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On October 19, 2026, CorMedix, Inc. (the “Company” or “CorMedix”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has accepted for filing the supplemental New Drug Application (sNDA) seeking approval of REZZAYO® (rezafungin for injection) for the prophylaxis of invasive fungal disease. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1, attached hereto.
