MiniMed (Nasdaq: MMED), a diabetes technology company that completed its separation from Medtronic, announced the composition of its Board of Directors on Oct. 16, 2026.
Kevin E. Lofton, former chief executive of CommonSpirit Health, remains as chair of the board. Amy Bricker, currently Executive Vice President of Enterprise Pharmacy at Walgreens and former president of Express Scripts, joined the board effective immediately as part of a planned transition away from Medtronic-designated directors.
The full board includes MiniMed Chief Executive Que Dallara, who has led the company since March 2026 and previously served as EVP and President of Medtronic Diabetes. Other members are Glenn Eisenberg, former CFO of Labcorp Holdings; David Endicott, current CEO of Alcon; Keith Grossman, former CEO of Nevro Corp.; Bob Hopkins, Senior Vice President and Head of Global Strategy at Medtronic; and Timothy Wicks, former CFO of Optum.
Committee assignments include Eisenberg as Audit Committee chair, Grossman as chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and Wicks as chair of the Compensation and Talent Committee.
"As an independent public company, MiniMed has a clear mission: reduce the burden of diabetes management and make integrated technology easier to access and use," said Dallara. "Our directors bring that range of experience as we build a simpler, more dependable experience for people with diabetes."
MiniMed states it operates in 80 countries and has been developing insulin delivery therapies for over 40 years. The company listed on Nasdaq following its separation from Medtronic in March 2026.
