Tango Therapeutics to present cancer drug combo data at ESMO 2026

Tango Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNGX) will present updated data from a Phase 1/2 study of vopimetostat in combination with daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026, scheduled for October 23–27, 2026, in Madrid, Spain.

The study examines the drug combination in patients with MTAP deleted RAS mutant metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The poster presentation, assigned abstract number 3149P, is scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 2026, between 12:00 and 12:45 pm CEST. Alexander I. Spira, MD, PhD, FACP, of NEXT Oncology in Fairfax, Virginia, will serve as presenter.

Abstracts will be available on the ESMO website on October 19, 2026. The data cutoff referenced in the abstract is April 3, 2026, with the poster presentation to include more recent data.

Tango Therapeutics will also host an investor webcast focused on PDAC data on October 23, 2026, at 7:30 am ET. The webcast replay will remain available on the company's website for at least 30 days following the event.
