Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. (NASDAQ: CTNT) said it has acknowledged a revised preliminary consent solicitation statement filed by Takeover Time 2026 LLC seeking to remove and replace the company's Board of Directors.
The Irvine, California-based company said its board is reviewing the implications of the proposed board replacement, including potential effects on management oversight, contractual commitments, financing arrangements, and strategic initiatives.
The company said it intends to file a preliminary consent revocation statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, along with a consent revocation card, in opposition to the solicitation by Takeover Time 2026 LLC.
Cheetah Net operates in two business areas: logistics and warehousing, and international trading. The company acquired Super International Trading Limited in May 2026, after which it began trading large-scale industrial equipment internationally.
The company said it plans to communicate further information to stockholders and encouraged them to review SEC filings and any subsequent definitive solicitation materials before taking action.
