Alpha Modus Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMOD) announced that its subsidiary, Alpha Modus, Corp., has signed an agreement with Autry Greer & Sons, Inc., operating as Greer's Markets, to test its ARIA (Adaptive Retail Intelligence Architecture) AI platform across three grocery store locations in Alabama.
The agreement establishes a six-month beta program. Following the evaluation period, the parties may consider expanding ARIA to additional Greer's locations, with the broader network anticipated to include up to 29 stores.
According to the company's press release, ARIA is designed to ingest and analyze operational data from existing retail systems, including camera feeds, point-of-sale transactions, inventory records, pricing and promotions, and shrink and waste data. The platform is intended to work with retailers' existing technology infrastructure rather than requiring system replacements.
Alpha Modus said it plans to use the evaluation period to develop standardized onboarding procedures, refine grocery-specific AI models, and build commercial pricing frameworks for the grocery retail sector. Under the agreement terms, Alpha Modus retains ownership of ARIA and its underlying technology, while Greer's retains ownership of its operational data.
The agreement was facilitated through Alpha Modus' relationship with Circle the Wagons (CTW), a retail industry firm.
"This agreement represents a meaningful milestone in the evolution of ARIA from technology development toward real-world commercial application," said Sasha Asgary, Chief Strategy Officer of Alpha Modus Holdings, Inc.
Barton Howard, Chief Executive Officer of Circle the Wagons, said the engagement moves "beyond theoretical applications of artificial intelligence and into real operating environments where its capabilities can be evaluated and refined."
