SciSparc shifts focus to agentic AI, cybersecurity, and finance tech
SciSparc Ltd. (NASDAQ: SPRC), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company based in Tel Aviv, Israel, announced plans to shift its strategic focus toward agentic AI-powered technologies, with an emphasis on cybersecurity and finance technology applications.
The announcement, made Oct. 15, 2026, builds on two earlier decisions: a July 27, 2026 move to target the agentic AI market and an Aug. 26, 2026 establishment of a Scientific Advisory Board for AI and Cybersecurity.
The company said it intends to evaluate technologies, companies, and business opportunities across the agentic AI ecosystem. Agentic AI refers to artificial intelligence systems designed to autonomously plan and execute tasks to achieve defined objectives.
SciSparc noted that no assurance can be given that its efforts will result in any transaction, commercial agreement, or revenue-generating activity.
The company currently operates through its subsidiary NeuroThera, which conducts clinical-stage pharmaceutical development focused on cannabinoid-based treatments, including programs for Tourette syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, autism spectrum disorder, and status epilepticus.
