Carvana adds same-day delivery option in Jacksonville, Florida

Carvana (NYSE: CVNA) has expanded its same-day vehicle delivery service to the Jacksonville, Florida area, according to a company press release. Select customers in the region can now receive a purchased vehicle on the same day they place an order online.

The service also covers vehicle sales. Jacksonville-area customers who complete Carvana's online appraisal process can schedule same-day pickup or drop-off of their vehicle.

Jacqueline Hearns, Carvana's Senior Director of Market Operations and Expansion, said the company has served Jacksonville buyers and sellers "for many years" and described the same-day option as an extension of that presence.

Carvana said the offering is supported by its first-party logistics network and regional Inspection and Reconditioning Centers. The same-day delivery service was initially launched in Arizona and is currently available in select markets across more than 20 states. The company stated it plans to continue expanding the service as it scales its national logistics and reconditioning infrastructure.
