Brightline Interactive regains Nasdaq compliance after reverse split
Brightline Interactive, Inc. (Nasdaq: BTLN) announced it received a letter from Nasdaq on October 12, 2026, confirming the company has regained compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement of at least $1.00 per share.
Nasdaq confirmed that the closing bid price of the company's common stock had been at or above $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days, and that the matter is now closed.
The development follows a series of compliance actions. Nasdaq had issued a Staff Determination to delist the company on September 11, 2026. The company requested a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel on September 17, 2026, which stayed any suspension or delisting action. The company then completed a 1-for-8 reverse stock split of its common stock, effective September 28, 2026, to meet the bid price requirement.
The company's common stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "BTLN."
"Regaining compliance with Nasdaq closes out an issue we inherited and lets us keep our attention on execution," said Tyler Gates, President and Chief Executive Officer of Brightline Interactive.
Brightline Interactive is based in Ashburn, Virginia, and is focused on building SpatialCore, described as an interoperability infrastructure platform. The company operates across defense, government, and commercial markets.
