Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has received a one-year extension to its Logistics Commodities and Services Transformation (LCST) contract with the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), extending the company's logistics support role through June 2029, according to a press release.
Leidos has served as the prime contractor for LCST since 2015, managing more than 70,000 commodity NATO Stock Numbers and supporting distribution to more than 600 locations worldwide. The company claims to have delivered an estimated £400 million in benefits to the MOD and manages the £83 million Defence Fulfilment Centre at MOD Donnington.
Under the extension, Leidos will continue providing end-to-end logistics support to UK Armed Forces, with a stated focus on supply chain resilience, inventory visibility, digital capability, and operational support.
Adam Clarke, Chief Executive Officer of Leidos UK & Europe, said the programme "plays an important role in providing reliable and resilient logistics support, helping ensure the UK Armed Forces have the supplies they need to operate with confidence at home and overseas."
The LCST programme has previously supported the MOD during the COVID-19 pandemic, global supply chain disruptions, and operational requirements related to Ukraine.
Leidos is headquartered in Reston, Virginia, and reported annual revenues of approximately $17.2 billion for the fiscal year ended January 2, 2026.
