Docusign (NASDAQ: DOCU) announced an expansion of its partnership with Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), bringing the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform natively into Salesforce, Agentforce, and Slack.
The integration allows sales and legal teams to manage agreement workflows without leaving their existing tools. Features include the ability to generate and send contracts through conversational prompts within Agentforce, manage the full agreement lifecycle inside a CRM, and handle approvals and negotiations directly within Slack threads.
The expanded partnership also enables AI agents within Agentforce to track contract terms, surface renewal dates, and launch agreement workflows.
"Every agreement has the power to move a business forward, yet disconnected processes often stall growth," said Bill Patterson, President and Chief Commercial Officer at Salesforce. "We're bringing agreement intelligence and workflows natively into Salesforce, Agentforce, and Slack so people and AI agents can turn executing agreements into a competitive advantage."
Paula Hansen, President and Chief Revenue Officer at Docusign, said the integration puts agreement data "directly into the hands of the teams closing and managing deals, rather than leaving it siloed in a separate platform."
Docusign was also named a 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year for Global Partner and System of Engagement. The two companies have maintained a partnership for more than 20 years, according to the announcement.
