Datasea reports $4M in AI agent service value across five customers
Datasea Intelligent Technology Ltd. (NASDAQ: DTSS) said the aggregate value of services provided under its AI agent customer arrangements reached approximately $4.0 million as of October 8, 2026, up from approximately $1.10 million disclosed on September 17, 2026.
The increase of approximately $2.9 million represents a gain of roughly 264% over about three weeks. All five customers continue to receive AI agent and related digital execution services under the arrangements.
The company noted that the aggregate service value does not represent recognized revenue, cash received, or backlog. Final revenue recognition remains subject to customers' actual usage, service confirmation, platform billing, settlement, payment, and the company's applicable accounting policies.
The five customer arrangements were first disclosed in September and include Beijing Judongjiujiu Technology Co., Ltd. among the named customers. Under assumptions disclosed at that time, the arrangements carried potential annualized service volume of up to approximately $89.4 million. The latest announcement does not provide a revised forecast for that figure.
Services under the arrangements operate through a usage-based model covering AI agent task orchestration, content generation, intelligent ad placement, data analytics, marketing optimization, and SaaS applications, billed based on actual platform usage.
Chief Executive Officer Zhixin Liu said in a statement: "What matters most is not simply the signing of cooperation agreements, but whether customers are actually using and continuing to call upon our AI execution-agent capabilities, and whether those capabilities can become more deeply embedded in their real operating workflows."
