Runway Growth Finance reports $139.4M in repayments in Q3 2026

Runway Growth Finance Corp. (Nasdaq: RWAY) reported $139.4 million in liquidity events and $8.5 million in new fundings during the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a company press release.

The liquidity events included full repayment of a $72.3 million senior secured term loan from 3PL Central LLC (dba Extensiv), a $35.0 million repayment from Route 92 Medical, Inc., a $17.1 million repayment from Onward Medical, N.V., and a $6.3 million repayment from Shepherd Intermediate, LLC (dba Federal Hearings and Appeals Services). An additional $8.7 million came from scheduled loan principal amortization and partial prepayments.

On the originations side, the company funded follow-on investments in four existing portfolio companies. Three companies received an aggregate of $2.9 million, while approximately $5.6 million was funded to Marley Spoon SE through a restructured €8.1 million bridge loan, converted from roughly $28.9 million in unfunded commitments.

Runway Growth noted that Marley Spoon is under active portfolio management and is executing a revised operating plan that includes a 21% workforce reduction aimed at reducing costs and achieving financial sustainability.

As of September 30, 2026, the company's portfolio included 52 debt investments across 42 companies and 102 equity investments in 66 companies, with 31 companies holding both debt and equity positions.

Co-CEO Michael Rovner stated that the company believes its share price does not accurately reflect its portfolio fundamentals, and that the company intends to address the valuation gap through share repurchases and selective new originations.
