Yiren Digital names Na Mei as acting CEO amid leadership change

Yiren Digital Ltd. (NYSE: YRD) announced that its board of directors has appointed Na Mei as acting chief executive officer, effective October 13, 2026.

The appointment follows a separate announcement made on October 12, 2026, regarding the company's previous chief executive officer. The board said the move is intended to support continuity in management and operations. Mei will oversee day-to-day operations and work alongside the existing management team under board oversight.

Mei previously served as the company's chief financial officer from September 2020 to August 2024. Before joining Yiren Digital, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than a decade. Her background includes financial management, auditing, taxation, internal controls, and consulting for companies listed on stock exchanges in China and overseas. She holds a bachelor's degree from Capital University of Economics and Business and is a certified public accountant.

Beijing-based Yiren Digital operates in financial technology and artificial intelligence across multiple industries in China and global markets.
