ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) reported average organic revenue growth of 27.1% in 2026 across its Drone as a Service (DaaS) operations, according to a company statement. The metric covers approximately 20 primarily U.S.-based DaaS locations added in 2025 and excludes acquisitions completed in 2026. Some individual locations recorded organic growth exceeding 40%.
The company also issued a preliminary, unaudited revenue estimate for the third quarter of 2026 in the range of C$13.4 million to C$14.8 million (US$9.5 million to US$10.5 million), up from reported second-quarter revenue of C$9.3 million (approximately US$6.6 million). DaaS segment revenue represented approximately 93% of total revenue in the second quarter of 2026. The company cautioned that final revenue figures may differ from these estimates.
Management attributed the organic growth to operational changes, including the integration of drones and AI into existing survey and inspection workflows, and to training land surveyors as drone pilots to expand capacity. The company also cited marketing investments and packaged services aimed at segments such as AI data center construction and large residential homebuilding.
"Over 27% organic growth across the locations we acquired in 2025 shows the Drone as a Service model working as designed: we acquire established survey and inspection businesses, introduce drones and AI into their workflow, and see the results in their revenue," said Shaun Passley, Ph.D., ZenaTech CEO.
For context, the company referenced IBISWorld data estimating the U.S. Surveying and Mapping Services industry grew at a compound annual rate of 1.3% between 2021 and 2026. ZenaTech's shares also trade on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE: 49Q) and the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV: ZENA).
