Stellantis Q3 2026 shipments fall 1% to 1.3 million units

October 13, 2026 6:12 AM EDT

Stellantis (NYSE: STLA) reported estimated consolidated shipments of 1.3 million units for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, a 1% decline year-over-year, according to a company statement.

North America shipments fell approximately 47,000 units, or 12%, year-over-year, primarily due to planned production downtime affecting certain Jeep models, including the Grand Cherokee and Compass, each down roughly 25,000 units. Ram partially offset the decline, with shipments rising approximately 17,000 units, driven by demand for the Ram 1500 light-duty HEMI V8 and the new Ram 1500 TRX.

In Enlarged Europe, shipments rose approximately 54,000 units, or 10%, year-over-year. Growth was driven by battery electric vehicle shipments across Stellantis and Leapmotor-branded vehicles. Leapmotor shipments reached 44,000 units, up roughly 34,000 units, supported by the launches of the B10 and B03X models. Smart Car platform nameplates, including the Citroën C3, Opel/Vauxhall Frontera, and Fiat Grande Panda, contributed approximately 26,000 units of growth.

Middle East and Africa shipments declined approximately 20,000 units, or 21%, primarily due to weaker conditions in Türkiye and reduced imports ahead of a planned October 2026 local production launch for small vans.

South America shipments were roughly flat, declining by approximately 1,000 units. Brazil grew by approximately 13,000 units, while Argentina fell by approximately 11,000 units amid weaker market conditions.

Asia Pacific shipments totaled 15,000 units, down approximately 6% year-over-year, largely due to lower volumes in Japan. Higher volumes in India partially offset the decline.

The company noted that Q3 2026 consolidated shipment volumes are unaudited and may be adjusted.
