Myomo, Inc. (NYSE American: MYO), a wearable medical robotics company based in Burlington, Massachusetts, has appointed Mary-Katherine McClure as Chief Commercial Officer, effective October 12, 2026. She succeeds Micah Mitchell, who will remain with the company through December 23, 2026 to assist with the transition.

McClure joins Myomo from Inspire Medical Systems (NASDAQ: INSP), where she worked since 2018. During her tenure at Inspire, the company's revenues grew from approximately $50 million to nearly $1 billion, and revenues in territories under her leadership grew from $2 million to $150 million. She previously held senior sales roles at Medtronic, Tobii Dynavox, and Johnson & Johnson.

In connection with her appointment, McClure received a time-based equity award of 275,000 restricted stock units (RSUs), vesting in stages over three years. She also received a performance-based equity award of 225,000 RSUs at target, with vesting tied to financial metrics and stock price performance in 2029. Based on performance, she may earn between 0% and 150% of the target amount, up to a maximum of 337,500 shares. The awards were approved by Myomo's Compensation Committee under the employment inducement exception of NYSE American Company Guide Section 711.

Paul R. Gudonis, Chairman and CEO of Myomo, credited outgoing CCO Micah Mitchell with growing the company's revenues from less than $2 million to over $40 million, and noted that the direct provider business Mitchell helped build now represents approximately 70% of annual revenues.
