Hims & Hers Health (NYSE: HIMS) has rebranded its Australian women's health platform Juniper as Hers, expanding the service to include hair regrowth, menopause and perimenopause, and weight management treatments.
The rebrand follows Hims & Hers' acquisition of Eucalyptus, the parent company of Juniper, which has operated in Australia since 2021. The transition to Hers completes the company's full platform launch in Australia, after the men's health brand Pilot was rebranded as Hims in August.
Under the Hers brand, Australian women will have access to a 24/7 care team, a digital weight management program, and new hair regrowth formulations. The weight management program is backed by more than 20 peer-reviewed studies focused on women's health, according to the company. Patients may also request a female practitioner and access a community of more than 27,000 users.
Existing Juniper patients will continue to be served by the same care team and Australian practitioners, with access to an expanded range of specialties.
Gus Wood will serve as General Manager of Australia, and Dr. Matt Vickers, a practicing general practitioner who has worked with Eucalyptus since 2019, will serve as Chief Medical Officer of Hims & Hers Australia.
"Women in Australia deserve access to care that sees them as whole people, not just as symptoms to treat," said Rebecca Holdt, VP of Product, International.
According to a Juniper survey conducted in May 2026, 52% of Australian women reported feeling judged for their weight by a healthcare professional, and 72% of those women said they subsequently avoided seeking clinical help. The company also cited data indicating that 50% of Australians avoid care primarily due to cost.
Australia's telehealth sector is projected to grow from approximately $542 million to $2.56 billion by 2034, according to a third-party market report cited in the press release.
