October 12, 2026 10:00 AM EDT

Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide and HP Inc. (NYSE: HPQ) announced a global partnership spanning 37 countries, aimed at delivering digital skills, AI education, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship programs to young people and educators, according to a press release.

In the first year, JA and HP expect to reach more than 850,000 young people and educators through hands-on learning experiences supported by HP employees serving as mentors, speakers, subject-matter experts, and judges.

The collaboration combines HP's technology and employee expertise with JA's network across more than 120 countries. Programming will be adapted to local languages, cultures, and education systems across regions including Africa, the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East and North Africa.

As part of the partnership, HP is supporting the #AIForImpact Challenge within NAUFest, JA Americas' regional educational event active in more than 30 cities. The challenge asks participants to identify a community problem and develop an AI-powered solution, with learning materials available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

A discussion co-hosted by JA Worldwide, JA of New York, and HP at the United Nations General Assembly in New York City brought young people together with senior corporate leaders to explore how changing workplace expectations are reshaping intergenerational dynamics.

"Access to technology is important, but its real value emerges when people have the confidence and skills to use it in meaningful ways," said Michele Malejki, Global Head of Social Impact at HP Inc. and Executive Director of the HP Foundation.

JA Worldwide delivers more than 23 million learning experiences annually through over 750,000 teachers and business volunteers. HP operates in more than 180 countries.
