StoneX analyst Matthew Harrigan reiterated a Buy rating and $125.00 price target on Zoom Video (NASDAQ: ZM).
The analyst commented, "We maintain a BUY rating on Zoom and $125 price target and favor the name as a ‘safe and sane’ more predictable AI play given its performance for native AI integration into its expanding product bouquet. Zoom consistently delivers immediate ease of use and often demonstrable ROI benefits to Enterprise customers. This jives well with the new “Zoom Got It Done” marketing campaign, starring Kate McKinnon as a corporate nemesis CEO who converts to Zoom, launched last month as the next iteration of its “Zoom Ahead” branding effort. Zoom is the rare tech company with a distinct marketing flair, enhanced by its ‘Simplicity’ mantra, with the new campaign appearing on MNF as well as digital media. We interpret the new marketing effort as an indicator management is ever more confident in the ability of its product bouquet to attract new customers and foster retention benefits.
