October 12, 2026 6:13 AM EDT

Investing.com -- U.S. stock futures were mixed early Monday after the major averages posted a winning week, with investors looking ahead to a busy slate of earnings and inflation data. S&P 500 futures and Dow Jones Industrial Average futures gained 0.1% each, while Nasdaq 100 futures traded flat.

Iren shares jumped more than 5% after The Information reported that the data center operator signed a multi-year AI cloud services deal with Anthropic. The report said the agreement lets Anthropic lock in large GPU clusters with more flexibility and at lower cost, supplementing its reliance on cloud providers such as Amazon and Google. It also helps ensure computing shortages do not constrain Anthropic’s growth before and after its planned initial public offering, according to the report.

CCC Intelligent Solutions shares surged 9.5% after reports that private equity firm GTCR and activist investor Elliott Investment Management are in advanced talks to acquire the Chicago-based automotive insurance software provider. Bloomberg first reported the news Friday afternoon, saying a deal could be announced as soon as this week. The stock rose roughly 7% Friday.

Stellantis shares also climbed after the European Union and China reached an understanding that could cut Chinese exports of hybrid cars to the bloc by more than half, European Trade Commissioner Maros Sefcovic said following two days of talks in Beijing. The "shared understanding" would "moderate" exports of hybrids and plug-in hybrids and reduce imports by several million cars over four years, though Sefcovic did not say how it would be implemented.

Meanwhile, Micron Technology shares slipped 2.1% after Chinese memory chipmaker ChangXin Memory Technologies reported progress on a next-generation DRAM design that could raise storage density and intensify competition with South Korean rivals. Shares also faced pressure from a Taiwanese union’s demand that Micron direct 15% of operating profit to quarterly employee bonuses, an arrangement the company has declined to formalize. Micron employs roughly 15,000 workers at its Taoyuan and Taichung sites, more than 80% of its Taiwan workforce.

GoDaddy shares edged lower after RBC Capital Markets downgraded the stock to Sector Perform from Outperform with a $95 price target, roughly 8% below Friday’s close.
