QTREX Quantum receives Nasdaq minimum bid price deficiency notice
QTREX Quantum Ltd. (NASDAQ: QTEX) disclosed that it received a written notification from Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department on October 5, 2026, stating that the company's ordinary shares failed to meet the minimum $1.00 closing bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
According to the notification, the company's shares closed below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days, from August 20, 2026 through October 1, 2026, falling short of the standard outlined in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
The notification does not immediately affect the listing or trading of the company's shares, which continue to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "QTEX." The company noted that its closing bid price has been above $1.00 per share for each of the six consecutive business days from October 2, 2026 through October 9, 2026.
Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the company has 180 calendar days from the date of the notification, or until April 3, 2027, to regain compliance. Compliance would be confirmed if the closing bid price remains at or above $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days during that period.
QTREX Quantum is an Israel-based technology company focused on electronics manufacturing solutions for quantum computing and other hardware markets.
