October 9, 2026 8:32 AM EDT

Mint Incorporation Limited has changed its name to Axonex AI Group Limited and will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol AXNX on October 13, 2026, according to a press release. The name change took effect on September 28, 2026. The company previously traded under the ticker MIMI.

The Hong Kong-based company said the rebrand reflects its ongoing shift toward artificial intelligence and robotics. The company operates two subsidiaries in this space: Axonex AI Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, and Rice Robotics AGI Holding Limited, a majority-owned subsidiary.

The company has introduced several robot products, including the FLOKI Minibot M1, described as a companion and home assistance robot, and NEX, a semi-humanoid service robot. It has also developed micro-insurance solutions for commercial robots.

"The adoption of our new identity as Axonex AI Group is far more than a name change; it is a definitive statement of our strategic intent," said Damian Chan, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. "This action is designed to solidify our transformation into an AI and robotics company, with AI and robotics as our main growth engine."

The company said it plans to develop new robot models, pursue partnerships and joint ventures, and increase investment in research and development, manufacturing, and laboratory facilities. It also stated it intends to advance technologies including embodied intelligence and humanoid robots.

Axonex AI Group said it maintains its existing interior design and fit-out works business alongside its AI and robotics operations. The CUSIP number for the company's Class A ordinary shares remains unchanged.
