Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: OTLK) has appointed Greg DiPasquale as Chief Commercial Officer, the company said in a statement. DiPasquale, who joined Outlook in December 2025 as Head of Commercial, will oversee market access, commercial operations, marketing, sales, and reimbursement functions.
The appointment comes as the company prepares to make Lytenava (bevacizumab-vikg) available to patients in the United States before the end of 2026. Lytenava holds FDA approval as the only ophthalmic formulation of bevacizumab indicated for the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration.
DiPasquale brings more than 30 years of commercial experience, including nearly two decades in eye care. His prior retina product launches include Beovu (brolucizumab) at Novartis, the Eylea prefilled syringe and Eylea HD at Regeneron, and the Triesence relaunch at Harrow. At Regeneron, he served as National Business Director for Eylea, overseeing national sales within a portfolio that generated approximately $6 billion in annual revenue. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial at Harrow.
"Greg has spent his career putting experienced teams in front of retina specialists at the moments that matter most, and he has already built the foundation of our commercial organization," said Bob Jahr, Chief Executive Officer of Outlook Therapeutics.
DiPasquale holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University and an Executive MBA from Kent State University. He also serves on the Executive Advisory Board at the Ohio University College of Business.
