PMGC Holdings adopts NorthStrive brand name via DBA registration

PMGC Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ELAB) has registered a doing-business-as name of NorthStrive Holdings, Inc. and entered into a Trademark License Agreement with NorthStrive Companies Inc., authorizing use of the NorthStrive® name, logo, and associated brand marks, according to a press release.

The Newport Beach, California-based company will operate under the NorthStrive Holdings name for its mergers and acquisitions activities, SPAC creation and development, and corporate communications, effective immediately. NorthStrive Companies, the registered owner of the NorthStrive® trademark, also serves as the company's management and advisory firm.

The DBA registration is described as the first phase of a broader transition. The company said it intends to complete a formal legal name change to NorthStrive Holdings, Inc. within approximately six months, subject to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Nasdaq, and relevant state and regulatory authorities. The company's Nasdaq ticker symbol and existing filings remain unchanged at this time.

The company's corporate website has been updated to reflect the NorthStrive visual identity connected to the trademark license.
