Investing.com -- Haemonetics Corporation (NYSE: HAE) shares jumped over 17% in premarket trading Thursday following an update on its supply agreement with CSL Plasma Inc.
CSL announced on October 8, 2026, that it expects to complete the rollout of Haemonetics' NexSys PCS® devices with Persona® PLUS technology and related disposables by the end of calendar year 2027, according to an 8-K filing. CSL informed Haemonetics that it currently anticipates the transition will occur at all of its U.S. plasma collection centers.
The companies initially entered into the non-exclusive supply agreement on August 18, 2026. Under the deal, CSL may utilize Haemonetics' devices and purchase related disposables in the United States.
Haemonetics noted that the scope and timing of the rollout remain subject to change consistent with the terms of the supply agreement, and implementation details are still to be determined. The company stated it is not updating its previously issued fiscal 2027 guidance at this time.
The company expects to provide an update regarding the anticipated impact of the supply agreement on its fiscal 2027 financial results during its second fiscal quarter earnings call in November 2026.
