(CSE: NINE)(OTCID:VMSXF)(FSE:KQ9) (the "Company" or "Nine Mile") is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved to trade on the OTCQB® Venture Market under its existing U.S. trading symbol "VMSXF", effective October 7, 2026.

The upgrade from the OTCID™ Market to the OTCQB Venture Market represents another important step in Nine Mile's strategy to broaden its exposure and accessibility to investors in the United States. The Company's common shares will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol "NINE" and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol "KQ9". No action is required by existing shareholders in connection with the OTCQB upgrade.

The OTCQB Venture Market, operated by OTC Markets Group Inc., is a recognized U.S. market for established and developing international and U.S. companies.
