loanDepot, Inc. (NYSE: LDI) announced that its indirect subsidiary, loanDepot.com, LLC, entered into a Master Repurchase Agreement with Nomura Corporate Funding Americas, LLC on October 2, 2026.
Under the agreement, loanDepot.com, LLC may sell residential mortgage loans and, subject to certain conditions, interests in real estate owned properties to Nomura, with the option to repurchase them later. The arrangement provides for aggregate uncommitted financing of up to $125 million.
The agreement is set to expire on September 30, 2027, unless extended or terminated earlier. loanDepot's wholly-owned subsidiary, loanDepot Multi Asset NC, LLC, is also a party to the agreement as the REO Subsidiary.
