Maggie Gauger has been appointed President & Chief Product Officer, and Joseph Godsey has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Both roles are newly created and take effect October 26, 2026. Gauger joins from Athleta, where she served as President & CEO, and previously spent more than two decades at Nike. Godsey joins from Walmart Canada, where he served as Chief Growth Officer, and previously held the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer at Sam's Club.
Nikki Neuburger, Chief Brand & Product Activation Officer, and Ted Dagnese, Chief Supply Chain Officer, will leave the company on November 6, 2026.
The company has also launched searches for a Chief Brand Officer, Chief Communications Officer, and Chief Technology Officer. Chief Financial Officer Meghan Frank will take on interim oversight of the global brand and technology functions until those roles are filled. A search for a Chief Strategy Officer, reporting to Frank, is also underway.
André Maestrini will continue as President & Chief Commercial Officer, Shannon Higginson as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, and Susan Gelinas as Chief People & Culture Officer, each reporting to CEO Heidi O'Neill.
"We are establishing a deeply experienced leadership team that will work in a more coordinated manner, aligned around the strategy and execution that delivers the most impact for our guests, our communities, and our business," O'Neill said.
