STAMFORD, Conn., Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Spectrum Community Solutions, dedicated to connecting multifamily communities, today announced a long-term agreement with DMB Development to install Spectrum Internet and Advanced WiFi in the first build-out phase, which includes 3,200 homes, at Silverwood, a master-planned community in Hesperia, Calif. Already, more than 200 homes at Silverwood are online with Spectrum Ready. The community is expected to grow across the 9,000-acre development with land set aside for five elementary schools, a middle school, a high school, 385 acres of parks, 160 miles of trails and more than half the land designated as open space, as well as thousands of additional homes in future phases.
