Citizens analyst Jonathan Wolleben reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $10.00 price target on Savara (NASDAQ: SVRA).
The analyst commented, "Looking back at historical pulmonary launches and Savara’s commercial prep makes us optimistic for Molbreevi to top expectations in both the near and long term; we reiterate our Market Outperform rating and $10 risk-adjusted, DCF-derived price target on Savara. Key Points: Molbreevi’s November 22 PDUFA is fast approaching, where we think approval is likely (90% POS) and believe investor attention is turning toward launch expectations. With a line of sight to ~1,000+ patients, a high expectation to treat from pulmonologists, and historical precedent for strong specialty, pulmonology launches, we think the 2027 consensus sales estimate of $81M will be conservative. Longer term, a 4x P/S multiple on Molbreevi’s peak sales potential implies SVRA should be valued at ~$1.6-$2.0B, while our more robust DCF analysis shows an NPV of ~$2.6B, which accounts for additional years of revenue. Either way, SVRA is undervalued at its current ~$1B market cap."
