Dentsply Sirona (Nasdaq: XRAY) announced an expanded distribution agreement with Midwest Dental Equipment & Supply, effective November 1, 2026, under which the Texas-based distributor will begin offering Dentsply Sirona's technology portfolio across the United States.
The agreement expands a relationship that previously focused on consumables. Midwest Dental, founded in 1988 and headquartered in Wichita Falls, Texas, operates sales, service, and technical teams in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas. The company describes itself as the largest independent, family-owned dental distributor in the Southern U.S.
The deal marks Dentsply Sirona's seventh North American dealer partnership enhancement in 2026. Prior agreements were reached with Benco Dental Supply Co., The Burkhart Dental Supply Co., Nashville Dental Inc., The Atlanta Dental Supply Company, and Medline Sinclair, along with a renewed partnership with Patterson Dental.
"Midwest Dental has built strong relationships across the markets it serves, from independent practices to larger customer groups, making it an important partner as we continue expanding access to connected dentistry," said Mark Bezjak, Group Vice President, Americas RCO at Dentsply Sirona.
Matt LeVasseur, Chief Executive Officer of Midwest Dental Equipment & Supply, said the addition of Dentsply Sirona's technology portfolio would allow the distributor to offer digital dentistry solutions supported by local service technicians and technical training.
Dentsply Sirona is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, and its shares are listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol XRAY.
