UBS analyst Karl Keirstead raised the price target on ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) to $150.00 (from $110.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented, "Ahead of ServiceNow’s 3Q26 print in late-October, we caught up with several ServiceNow partners to better assess 3Q26 demand trends, the pace of AI adoption and the growing importance of security and governance. Bottom line, demand trends sounded stable, with some improvement, and hence we expect a normal (not outsized) guidance beat such that we’re modestly raising our 3Q26 cRPO and sub revs growth estimates (by 50bps). We are Neutral rated."
