On October 6, 2026, Turbo Energy, S.A. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that 62.5 MWh of battery energy storage capacity supplied by the Company is fully operational across three industrial sites within the Pamesa Net Zero project: ECO Porcelánico, Compacglass and TAU Porcelánico.

 

A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K.
