Pitney Bowes (NYSE: PBI) announced the launch of the SendPro® CX Series, a new line of mailing and shipping devices aimed at mid-volume mailers, according to a company statement.
The CX Series is designed to handle letters, large envelopes, certified mail, and packages. The company said the devices feature faster start-up times, simplified navigation, and faster processing speeds compared to prior generations. Pitney Bowes said the product was developed based on direct customer feedback prioritizing ease of use, productivity, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Todd Everett, EVP and President of Sending Technology Solutions, said: "Our clients told us they wanted mailing technology that was faster, easier to use, and built for today's workplace. The CX Series delivers on that feedback. Mail remains central to our clients' operations and to our business, and this launch reflects our continued investment in our core products, alongside the investments we are making in our sales and client support teams."
The CX Series also integrates with Pitney Bowes' Shipping 360 platform, which provides centralized visibility across mailing and shipping activity for organizations operating across multiple locations. The platform allows administrators to monitor usage, manage costs, and oversee sending operations from a single interface.
The devices are available through Pitney Bowes sales representatives and authorized partners.
