Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) held an investor day at Nasdaq MarketSite in New York City, where management presented the company's commerce, data, and payments platform to investors and analysts.
Alongside the event, Rezolve Ai published the US AI Visibility Study 2026, which examined how four major AI assistants — OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini — present 2,047 U.S. companies to consumers. The study covered all S&P 500 members, the NRF Top 100 retailers, 60 large private companies, 362 consumer brands, and more than 1,000 other U.S. retailers and listed companies. Fieldwork took place between September 23 and October 5, 2026.
The study found that one in four of the 2,047 companies examined is never named by any of the four AI assistants, including nearly one in five S&P 500 members. It also found that 97 of America's 100 largest retailers publish no mechanism for an AI agent to complete a checkout, with 13 of those actively blocking automated visitors. A company's own website accounted for just 1.5% of the sources cited by AI assistants, with most answers drawn primarily from third-party sources.
"Every era of commerce has had a gatekeeper. For twenty years it was the search engine. Today it is the AI agent, and it is deciding which brands a customer hears about before they ever reach a store," said Daniel M. Wagner, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Rezolve Ai.
At the investor day, management outlined the company's strategy, commercial model, and growth drivers, including distribution partnerships with Microsoft, Google, TCS, and Tech Mahindra. Live demonstrations were held showing the company's platform capabilities across data infrastructure, commerce intelligence, and payments.
The full methodology and results of the US AI Visibility Study 2026 are available on the company's website. Information in this article is based on a press release issued by Rezolve Ai.
