Investing.com -- Rezolve AI Ltd (NASDAQ: RZLV) shares rose 8.3% Tuesday after the company announced a worldwide reseller agreement with Mastercard to distribute its AI-powered commerce technology.
Under the agreement, Mastercard is authorized to market, offer and sell subscriptions to Rezolve AI's software and SaaS services globally on a non-exclusive basis. Mastercard will lead coordination of the sales process and contract directly with resale customers.
The agreement covers capabilities including conversational commerce, intelligent search and product discovery, catalogue enrichment, personalization, recommendations and cart and checkout orchestration. Individual deployments will be agreed through separate statements of work.
The arrangement provides a commercial framework for bringing Rezolve AI's technology to Mastercard customers, with Mastercard leading customer sales engagement. The agreement includes coordinated sales activity such as joint customer evaluations, presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
Daniel M. Wagner, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Rezolve AI, said the agreement gives the company a new engine for international growth. "Mastercard can market and sell our technology worldwide, with a defined commercial framework for turning customer opportunities into deployments and subscription revenues," Wagner said.
The company said the reseller agreement creates an opportunity to extend its commercial reach through Mastercard-led customer relationships as businesses prepare for AI-driven commerce.
Rezolve AI provides technology designed to help businesses connect customer intent with products and support shopping journeys from discovery through checkout. The platform addresses requirements across conversational and agent-driven commerce, including systems that interpret customer requests, organize product information, personalize recommendations and coordinate purchase steps.
