Powerus Corporation (Nasdaq: PUSA) has received an $82 million order for counter-unmanned aerial systems, the company announced in a press release. The order is the second placed under an existing U.S. government indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, with deliveries expected over the next several quarters.
The IDIQ contract structure allows the customer to place individual orders against a contract ceiling as requirements arise. The contract also covers ancillary support equipment, operator training, and field service representative support. Additional orders may be placed at the customer's discretion.
The systems covered by the order are manufactured in the United States using components compliant with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
"There is no substitute for American manufacturing when it comes to defending Americans," said Charlie Keebaugh, Executive Vice President of Sales at Powerus.
Powerus, headquartered in Rock Hill, S.C., describes itself as a defense technology company focused on autonomous and unmanned systems. The company completed a merger with Autonomous Power Corporation on October 1, 2026, formerly operating as Aureus Greenway Holdings Inc., and continues trading on Nasdaq under the symbol PUSA.
