BofA Securities analyst Craig Siegenthaler raised the price target on Charles Schwab Corp. (NYSE: SCHW) to $95.00 (from $91.00) while maintaining a Underperform rating.
The analyst comments "We increased our 2026/2027/2028 EPS modestly to $6.49/$7.67/$8.60 from $6.43/$7.43/$8.28 reflecting a higher net interest revenue (NIR) forecast following Fed Rate hike in September, while we modestly reduced our 3Q26 EPS to $1.66 from $1.67 due partly to lower IEA balances. Separately, we forecast NNAs to improve q/q to 6.3% (versus 4% in 2Q26) aided by strength in August and $80B (BofAe) in September. Accordingly, our PO rises to $95 (previously $91) and is based on an 11x multiple (unchanged) on our 2028 EPS. Reiterate Underperform."
