Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC) announced that its subsidiary, Perini Management Services, Inc., has been awarded a contract valued at approximately $315 million by the U.S. Coast Guard to construct a new fuel pier at U.S. Coast Guard Base Kodiak in Alaska.
The contract, awarded using an accelerated design-build to budget project delivery method, aims to expand dock capacity to provide up to two major cutter berths. The project scope includes unexploded ordnance removal, waterfront improvements, a new fueling utility building, utilities, cutter shore ties, and other site amenities.
Design work began in late September, with substantial completion anticipated in September 2030. The contract value will be reflected in Tutor Perini's backlog reported for the third quarter of 2026.
